We do not collect more than we need, we never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Our team is based in the Dominican Republic and the Netherlands, so your data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area. We limit that access to what is needed to handle your booking, and our email and contact storage remains with Brevo in the EU.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies and we run no third-party analytics. The website stores one preference in your browser's local storage: your chosen language (English, Español, or Nederlands). Payment pages loaded from PayPal may set PayPal's own cookies.
We process only the number and age group of children in a booking, provided by the adult who books, to apply the correct price. We do not knowingly collect data from children directly.
You can at any time ask us to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or receive a copy. Where we rely on your consent (the waitlist), you can withdraw it at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email info@nextdominicantour.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Our website is served over HTTPS, payment details never touch our systems, and access to our email and contact tools is limited to the two of us who run NDT, protected by strong passwords.
We may update this policy from time to time — the version on this page applies. For significant changes affecting existing bookings, we will inform you by email.
